THE BRIEF

A national specialty retailer needed Black Friday weekend to register at retail-tier scale, not just digital. They had four weeks. Their static-billboard plan was already booked solid in the markets that mattered.

THE STRATEGY

How we ran it.

We deployed eight LED trucks across eight metros — one per market, daypart-tuned to each city's commute and shopping windows.

Creative swapped live by city and hour: store-locator versions in suburban dayparts, brand-only versions on downtown evening routes.

On-route producers in three flagship markets to capture social/UGC content as trucks rolled.
