Premium e-bike brand launching its dealer network across 8 metros. Dealer GMs needed local awareness without bleeding budget on Google ads. Previous attempts with static OOH had failed to move foot traffic at the dealer level — the audience was on bike trails and brewery patios, not commuter corridors.

Three trucks rotating through 8 metros, 4-day stints per city, scheduled to coincide with each dealer's grand-opening or dealer-day weekend.
Creative carried a dealer-locator overlay updated per city — auto-served the nearest dealer address based on truck GPS location, refreshed every 30 seconds.
Local event tie-ins where applicable — Saturday morning coffee crawls, charity rides, dealer-hosted demo days.
