Brand legal pulled the campaign 5 days before deploy over a regulatory question. Full refund minus mobilization. They came back in January.

Before you book it.

  • How is a claim filed?

    Email your routing rep or hello@lonestarbillboards.com. We move on it the same day. No portal, no adjuster, no 12-step process. We confirm in writing within 24 hrs.

  • Why is it cheaper than industry insurance?

    Because we self-pool it. We're not reselling Lloyd's-of-London paper — we're betting on our 11-year track record of rescheduling cleanly. The math works because we already do this for free for repeat clients.

  • Can I add it after I book?

    Yes, up to 14 days before deploy. Inside 14 days, only Weather Hold is available. Inside 72 hrs, we lock the manifest.

  • Does it cover creative being late?

    No. Creative deadlines are firm — 3 business days for digital, 2 weeks for static. If you miss the deadline we'll work to slot you in but it's outside this policy.
